Senior Accountant (Services – Insurance), New Haven, Connecticut. Prefer no relocation. Salary: $100K to $110K. Report to company controller and assist with accounting and operational functions for a life insurance firm. Includes helping clients with underwriting & product development, reinsurance transactions, analysis, assistance with financial statements, GAAP and STAT quarterly closes, financial reporting, preparation of expense accurals. Need 5-8+ years relevant background in the life insurance industry with appropriate analytical Excel skills. Related tax accounting and/or investment accounting helpful. Prefer MBA or CPA, but OK with BS/BA.

IT Audit Manager (Services – Insurance), NYC. Will consider relocation. Salary $140K to $150K with 8%-12% bonus. Improve internal IT controls for a life insurance company. Report to the head of IT audit and manage & perform audits specializing in cyber & info security and infrastructure. Develop and cement relationships and interaction with the IT functions, while acting as a go between the internal audit and the IT departments. Some travel. Requires 10-12+ years relevant insurance experience along with CIA or other related audit certification. Ideal background would be 5+ years advisory experience with an advisory firm or a Big 4. VP IT Audit (Services - Financial Services), Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Salary: $170K to $200K plus bonus and equity. Work with the Federal Banking Agencies to support the examination process, provide leadership to the internal audit group performing advisory consulting engagements related to technology, cyber security and risk management. Will have extensive involvement in enterprise transformation efforts and initiatives and make recommendations. Employ proficiency in one or more of the following: network & infrastructure security, application security, software development or information security frameworks and standards. Should have 12-20 years experience with an SEC level firm in financial services, Big 4 or global technology industry. Also need technical proficiency with one or more of the following:  Software Development Life Cycle, Network and Infrastructure Security, Application Security, or Information Security Frameworks and Standards (NIST, ISO, HIPPA/HITRUST).  CISA/CIA/CPA with a MS or MBA.

VP of Financial & Forensics Audit (Financial Services - Finance), Atlanta, Georgia. Salary:  $160K to $200K plus bonus and equity.  Reporting to the chief auditor, you will offer senior assistance to the internal audit staff, the audit committee and the Board of Directors for the  internal controls group.  Inform senior management of the efficiency of operations and compliance with laws, use PC-based automated tools, and manage staff regarding SOX compliance, annual risk assessment, evaluation of controls, financial audits, risk based audits, presentations on key findings and judgements. Perform other projects as they come up.  Seeking 10-20 years background in the financial services or technology industry.  Prefer with a large global company or with a Big 4 firm.  Combination of industry experience coupled with Big 4 exposure would be ideal.  BS(FINANCE)/MBA.

Tax Managers (Services – Financial Services), San Francisco& Salt Lake City. Salary:  $130K to $160K.  Will relocate regionally. Involved in multi-state alternative investment companies, i.e., private equity, real estate, hedge funds, fud to funds with state and local tax issues. Work in areas of tax analysis related to mentoring & developing staff, business restructuring projects, client hearings and appeals meetings, compliance, tax refund claims, corporate and sales taxes, participation in audit and analysis of state tax-related income and balance sheet items. Forensic Specialist (Industrial – Equipment and Supply), Shanghai China. Prefer no relocation, but will consider relocating the right candidate from China/Singapore/Hong Kong, etc.  Salary: $400K to $600K Chinese Yuan Renminbi plus 10% to 25% bonus. Work both independently and with large team audit projects. Coach and train finance and operations audit teams in compliance risks, i.e., FCPA/anti bribery, antitrust reviews, fraud risks, data analysis, sampling. Employ skills in linear regression analysis, Bayes inference, discrete event modeling, Markov Chain Monte Carlo simulation and knowledge of some tools such as Spotfire, Alteryx, Attavio, Tableau, Qlik, Palantir. 50% travel mostly within China. Sr. Auditor (Industrial - Equipment and Supply), Minneapolis, Minnesota.  Salary:  $100-110K.  Join a high potential team involved in an 18-24 month rotational program.  Will be performing duties such as risk and mitigation assessment, audit reviews, pre-audit planning, and execution of audits in a global environment.  Requires 2+ years current/recent closely related public accounting audit background, or will also consider Fortune 500 company background without public experience.  Ideally will also have current/recent SAP and Hyperion audit experience.  Need CPA, CISM, CFE, CISA, CISSP or a similar certification.  Candidates without this specific experience unfortunately will not be considered.

Director of Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis.  (Services – Financial Services).  Baltimore, Maryland.  Regional relocation.  Salary:  $170K to $190K.  Assume a leadership role in the company’s strategic business and financial function.  Handle oversight of analysis, forecasting, pricing, modeling, analytics, operational infrastructure, budget, risk, trends, loan production, insurance, credit delinquency/ losses.  SAS, Hyperion, PeopleSoft, Essbase knowledge desirable.   Prefer MBA, but OK with BS/BA.

Tax Manager (Services – Financial Services).  New York City, New York.  Limited relocation.  Salary: $135K to $145K.       Offer clients help with tax compliance, research, consulting for partnership, corporate and individual returns.  Manage team and present tax strategies.  Need minimum of 5-7+ years’ equivalent experience in public accounting .  Knowledge of Trusts & Estates tax a plus.  BS/CPA.

Plant Manager (Consumer Goods – Food), Southern California.  Salary:  $125-175K + 20%  bonus.  Will be managing a large organic food plant for a global non-GMO organic foods company.  Leadership responsibility for Manufacturing, Packaging, Warehousing, Distribution, Quality, Human Resources, Safety, Customer Service, and Purchasing.  Also ensure compliance with all company GMP’s, local, state, and federal regulatory agencies.  Requires previous experience as a Plant Manager in fresh produce and/or agribusiness operations, experience leading a site with seasonal workforce and Spanish fluency.  BSME or similar degree required.

Director of Operations (Industrial – Manufacturing Diversified), Oregon.  Salary:  $180-200K + 25% bonusWill be responsible for executing a strategy and overseeing managers supervising production & inventory planning, EHS, quality, maintenance, scheduling, cost control, purchasing, budgets and continuous improvement in processes, systems, machinery, plant layout, tools, etc.  Seeking a skilled manufacturing executive from a durable industry like automotive, construction equipment, aerospace, or agricultural equipment, etc.  Prefer MBA, but will consider BS(ENGRG) or BS/BA.  Candidates without this specific experience unfortunately will not be considered.

Plant Manager (Consumer Goods – Food), Midwest. Salary:  $140K to $180K.  Report to VP Operations, assume P&L and oversee operations for a large non- union plant.  Set up an environment of continuous improvement, increasing profitability, work methods, procedures and efficiency.  Manage department managers and employees in areas of production, quality, sanitation, safety, environmental & health  issues, troubleshooting, regulatory compliance, , engineering, inspections, problem solving.  Work cross-functionally with support departments, i.e., human resources, IT, legal, logistics, finance, sales & marketing.  Requires analytical skills, financial acumen with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification preferred.   Should also have 10+ years of similar management background with a large food manufacturer in a non-union environment.   Prefer BS(Engrg), but will consider BS/BA.

Fiber Optic Engineering Manager (Industrial – Electronics), Chicago, Illinois.  Salary:  $100K to $150K.  Take responsibility for managing the department involved with fiber optic connectors, terminals, assemblies, design, cables and interconnect products.  Utilize software tools such as Solidworks, PROE and Auto(CAD) and manage the quality department.  50% domestic and international travel.  Need 7-10+ years’ equivalent background.  BS(ME).

Senior Antenna Engineer (Industrial – Electronics), Detroit, Michigan.  Salary:  $85K to $120K.  Join R&D team in design and development of Antenna and LNA designs for automotive and related RF products.  Draft technical specifications, provide technical support for customers , employing knowledge of AM/FM, GNSS, RKE, SDARS, GSM/UMTS/LTE, Bluetooth, DSRC and tools such as HFSS and CST-MWS.  10%-15% travel.  Should have 6-8+ years’ allied background in auto RF, with at least 3 of those years in auto design.  Other technical degrees accepted, but prefer BS(EE).

Technical Support Trainers (Industrial – Mining).  Anywhere in the northeast or  southeast  near  an  airport.   No relocation.  Salary:  $80K to $95K plus car.  Visit work sites for a large global engineering firm.  Provide support to distributors and customers with warranty processes, technical training, interpreting engineering drawings and schematics, equipment upgrades, reports, working with grinding mills, crushers, loaders, linings, mills, conveyors. Travel to 70%.  Should have good knowledge of the mining industry with similar background.  BS(ENGRG)).

Director of Global Operations (Consumer Goods – Retail).  Seattle, Washington.  Salary:  $120K to $170KReport to the COO, managing consumer manufacturing for a large seasonal retail firm.   Supervise a cross functional team providing oversight  of supply chain initiatives, factory capacity planning, warehousing, continuous improvement, market demand planning, seasonal trends, inventory, licensing, MRP systems implementation, sourcing, logistics.  Seeking 7-10+ years’ comparable experience working with products that are marketed through Big Box stores.  Should be innovative and ideally have exposure to PCBA and assembly.  APICS certification a plus.  Prefer MBA, but OK with BS/BA. 

Electrical Engineering Manager (Industrial – Defense and Aerospace).  New York City, New York.  Salary:  $140K to $150K plus bonus.  Oversee the development, design and test of digital processing boards.  Manage EEs and interact with MEs and Software Engineers.  Be involved with leading the design of high-speed circuits, PCB layouts, analog measurements, timing analysis, schematic capture, budget, and digital communications.  Seeking 5-7 years’ applicable management background, including experience with VME/VPX based designs, ASICS or FPGAs.  Must have BS(EE) or MS(EE).

Plant Manager (Industrial – Auto).  Fort Smith, Arkansas.  Salary:  $120K to $145K.  Implement operating procedures in production, quality, procurement, maintenance, budget, cost controls, EHS, engineering.  Need 7-10+ years’ manufacturing experience as a Plant Manager supplying components to the auto or heavy-duty truck industry.  Must have strong knowledge of quality systems within this industry of engine components, and knowledge of camshafts a plus. BS(ME).

Field Service Customer Support Engineer (Industrial – Defense and Aerospace).  Carson, California.  Salary:  $100K to $130K.   Travel the US, servicing, repairing and calibrating hi-tech test and measurement equipment for the microwave, antenna, and electromagnetic engineering industry.  Identify new business.  Install software updates.  Support customer test/production facilities, systems integration.  60% travel.  Need 6-8+ years’ allied background working with RF systems, radar, robotics, servo motors and control systems, ATE, and engineering applications such as LabView or Matlab.  Requires skills in C, C++, Java, VBASIC or similar.  A Security Clearance will eventually be required.  BS(EE or PHYSICS).

Lead Antenna Test Range Systems Engineer ((Industrial – Defense and Aerospace).  Carson, California.  Salary:  $120K to $150K.  Lead team delivering systems products designed for microwave measurement of test items such as antennas and radomes used in radar wireless communications, satellite data transfers, etc.  25% domestic and global travel.  Need 10+ years’ experience in Microwave/RF systems design and proposals, using a variety of antenna test ranges.  Must have knowledge of mechanical positioning systems and MATLAB, GRASP, HFSS and other tools.  Should have ability to obtain or have a security clearance.  Prefer MS, but will take a BS(EE or PHYSICS).

Plant Manager (Consumer Goods – Manufacturing).  Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  Salary:   $115K to $130K plus 15% to 20% bonusEmploy experience with Good Manufacturing Practices and manage operations in a continuous improvement environment.  Includes oversight of production, quality, maintenance, EHS compliance, budget, cost control, finance, HR and inventory.  Should have 8-10+ years’ management background with a film or allied product manufacturer.  BS/BA. 

Senior Mechanical / Materials Engineer (Industrial – Equipment and Supply).  Tarrytown, New York.  Salary:  $120K to $165K plus 10% to 15% bonus.  Drive materials development and applications for a large global instrumentation company.  Manage the product life cycle involving design testing, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, vendor interaction and working with metallurgical casting, machining, plastic injection molding, sheet metal bending  and forming.  Should have 10-12+ applicable background in automotive, aerospace, medical or similar regulated industry.  PE desirable with MS(ME or Material Science) .

Firmware Engineer (Industrial – Electronics).  Chicago, Illinois.  Salary:  $100K to $130KCompany is a global manufacturer of technology  that is used in corporate IT data centers.  Join the R&D team developing firmware which runs on a deeply embedded system using a variety of controllers, ranging from 32-bit DSPs to 8-bit micros.  Board level communication buses are used such as USB HID, 12C and SPI.  Seeking a strong record designing firmware for power supplies or motor controls.  Experience should include C and assembly on microcontrollers, USB, Visual Basic/C+ development, communication buses, such as 12C and USART.  .BS(EE or CS or Equivalent).

Radar / RF Sustainment Engineer (Industrial – Aerospace and Defense). Las Vegas, Nevada. Salary: $100K to $130K. Company provides technical support and engineering for test ranges for the US Airforce and Navy’s radars. Focus on the sustainment of various radars. Be involved with design feasibility, design radar and microwave transmitting and receiving systems, proposals, site visits, investigations, integrating COTS, testing, signal processing, modeling and simulation, Requires 5-10+ years’ similar experience with proficiency in HFSS, TICRA/GRASP and/or other tools. Must have an active clearance of any level. Technical BS.

Antenna Design/Integration Engineers (Industrial – Telecommunications).  San Diego, California.  Salary:  $100K to $170K.  Company provides advanced antenna and RF service solutions to the world’s leading IoT brands.  Become the GoTo person mentoring others in antenna design and radio testing.  Design electrically small single and multi-brand antennas from 100MHz to 6GHz, EM stimulation and modeling of antennas.  Create new product concepts.  Provide customer technical support.  Would like minimum of 10 years’ related background.  BS(EE) or similar field.

Construction Foreman (Industrial – Construction).  Omaha, Nebraska, Minneapolis, Minnesota and Des Moines, Iowa.  Ensure projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget, carpentry, framing, safety, scheduling and quality.  Work with subcontractors regarding labor, materials, inspections.  Frequent travel over an extended period to work sites.  Need 3-10+ years’ related background.  Spanish language a plus.  College attendance preferred, but will take a HS diploma or a GED.

Project Engineering Manager (Industrial – Construction).  Waterloo, Iowa.  Salary:  $90K to $120K.  Perform duties that include designing and building industrial structures, including three-phase electrical systems (480 volt), negotiating with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors, meeting with clients, risk management, reading blueprints and drawings, HVAC systems, travelling to sites.  Need 4+ years’ of similar background, ideally with Auto/CAD exposure.  BS(CE).

Senior Structural Engineer (Industrial – Construction).  Waterloo, Iowa.  Salary:  $90K to $115K.  Conduct feasibility studies, plan and design building structures and facilities, soil and material testing, advise on structural modifications and repairs, estimating costs and visiting sites.  Requires 5+ years’ related background, preferably in AG or grain industries, plus proficiency with CADKEY and Revit, and wood or timber design experience.  BS(CE).

EHS Manager (Industrial – Chemicals). West Virginia.  Salary:  $120K to $125K plus 20% bonus.  Salary depends on level of experience.  Oversee all related activities and programs to include compliance, industrial hygiene, hazard analysis, root cause analysis, training, waste removal, accidents, investigations.  Need 5-10+ years’ similar background in the chemical industry.  Requires technical BS. 

EHS Manager (Industrial I Equipment and Supply).  Montgomery, Alabama.  Salary:  $85K to $100K.  Assume oversight of all EHS initiatives for a large plant with 650+ employees.  Includes plant medical facility, waste water treatment operations, safety, ergonomic, industrial hygiene, water and air omissions and government regulations (OSHA, NEC, NFPA, EPA, ASEM, etc.).  Should have 10-15+ years’ comparable background at a large plant.  BS/BA.

HVAC Engineers / Mechanical Utilities (Industrial - Construction).  Atlanta, Georgia, San Diego, California, Salt Lake City, Utah  and  Springfield, Massachusetts.  Salary:  $80K to $100k plus $10K to $20K bonus.  Food and Beverage Consulting firm seeks engineers.   Employ skills in design regarding Ammonia or Freon central refrigeration systems used to support food processing and storage,  Freon split systems  to provide cooling, piping systems, steam / condensate / compressed air / water filtration, insurance requirements, installations.  Requires 2-4+ years’ related experience in the food or allied industries.  PE or FE certificates desirable.  BS(ME) or (ChME).

Clinical Application Specialist (Healthcare – Medical Devices and Diagnostics).  Chicago, Illinois.  No relocation.  Salary:  $80K to $100K plus bonus = $120K to $130K.  Work with the sales staff promoting Critical Care and Cardiovascular products through the education case coverage.  50% travel.  Prefer 5+ years’ clinical experience in one of these products, but company will take someone directly out of the hospital.   Would like a BS in clinical field, but will look at RN, PA or Perfusionist.

Regulatory Affairs Manager (Healthcare – Patient Care).  Greenville, South Carolina.  Salary:  $90K to $110K.  Develop regulatory and CMC strategy.  Manage support labeling, FDA guidelines, project and product development teams.  Prepare and approve drug products, QA, preparation and filing of regulatory submissions, compliance.  Must have 8+ years’ appropriate experience working in a GMP environment, focusing on pharma product development.  May consider a Director level candidate for more $$.  MS or PhD(CHM)(BIOLOGY) or related.

CRNA Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (Healthcare – Patient Care).  CT, IL, MD, NJ, PA and VA.  Salary:  $140K to $170K.  Private practice, clinical, profit and nonprofit hospitals seek CRNAs. Audiologists / Trainers (Healthcare – Medical Devices and Diagnostics).  Orange County,  Los Angeles,  Long Beach, Anaheim,  Pasadena,  Irvine  or  Santa Monica, California,  covering  Southern California,  and  Denver, Colorado, covering  Colorado.  Salary:  $80K plus $10K to $20K bonus.  Train offices (ENTs Audiologists) on their hearing devices—both daily wear and extended wear hearing aids.  50% travel.  Must have MS in Audiology or be a Doctor of Audiology.

Clinical Nursing Specialist (Healthcare – Misc. Healthcare).  Chicago, Illinois.  No relocation.  Salary:  $95K plus 10% to 20% bonus.  Call on physicians in Illinois, providing them advice regarding clinical issues.  Need 3-5+ years’ scrub in experience, preferably in Cath lab, IR and/or OR.  BS/BA.

Clinical App Specialists (Healthcare – Medical Devices and Diagnostics).  Salt Lake City, Utah, Denver, Colorado, San Francisco, California and Seattle, Washington.   No relocation.  Salary:  $100K plus 5% to 10% bonus and car.  Train and educate hospital surgeons on Urology and Oncology products and procedures in hospitals for a startup.  50% travel.  One job covers WA, OR and AK, and the other position covers Salt Lake City, Denver and San Francisco.  Must have 3-5+ years’ equivalent background.  BS/BA.
