Staff Fluids Mechanical Engineer (Healthcare – Medical Equipment), Wilmington, DE or Elmsford, NJ.  Salary:  $115K to $130K.  Oversee thermal and thermodynamics engineering & control.  Work with designs, fluids, modeling, mechatronics, electrical controls, environmental problems, robotics, sensors, electro-mechanical components,  instrument waste handling, performing validation and verification.  Seeking 5-8+ years similar experience working with medical instruments.  Knowledge of Linux highly desirable, and helpful to know FEA tools such as 3D, ANSYS, Star-CCM, NX Sim Center, but not a hard requirement.  BS/MS Engineering.

Plant Quality Manager (Industrial – Auto), Terre Haute, IN. Salary:  $110K to $130K + 15% bonus.  With a large staff and several direct reports, will oversee all plant, custom and process quality activities, leading multiple projects.   Will be the primary contact for suppliers, and manage the design of new equipment, auto stamping, electronics, metals, training, improving quality systems, testing, risk assessment.  Must have a successful record with a major auto electronic or electro-mechanical components manufacturer.  Will transfer visas.  BS/BA.

Paint Engineer (Industrial – Equipment & Supply), Spenser, IA.  Salary:  $85K to $120K.  Will function as a project manager working with equipment designers, advising on tooling, sourcing parts, helping reduce costs.  Requires 3-7+years related hands-on engineering & project management experience with liquid & solvent paint and robotics.    BS Engineering.

Production Manager – (Consumer Goods – Food), Cleveland.  Salary:  $100K to $110K + 15-25% bonus.   With reports, act as liaison between plant operations and R&D.  Manage staff in areas of training, quality, safety, regulatory issues, cost control, continuous improvement, HR.  Should have experience with food safety & quality systems (HACCP, ISO etc) and be comfortable in a lean, cGMP environment with 5-10+ years closely related background in the food industry.  BS Engineering preferred.

Quality Manager (Industrial – Automotive), Birmingham, AL.  Regional relocation.  Salary:  $100K to $110K Employ knowledge of TS/ISO methods and SPC methodology while taking charge of continuous improvement, inspections, data collection coordination, testing, cost reduction, compliance and packaging.  Need Tier 1/OEM background, ideally serving as a Quality Engineer for 5 years and a manager for 3 years.  BS/MS.

Controls Manager (Industrial – Manufacturing), Pensacola, FL or can base anywhere in AL, TX or SC.  Salary:  $100K to $140K.  Participate in and manage engineering projects, designing and implementing controls strategies, and testing controls prior to installation.  Involved with asset care plans, EHS compliance, cost control, designing and increasing the efficiency of automation technology and processes and integrating control systems.  Employ knowledge of all aspects of control logic software & hardware.  Requires 10+ years related background in metal fabrication, textiles, fibers, heavy manufacturing.  Also should have knowledge of the Delta V platform or the ability to learn it quickly.  BSCS or BSEE.

Demand Planning Manager (Industrial – Equipment & Supply), Louisville, KY.  Salary:  $100K to $120K + 15% bonus.  Perform duties in collaboration with plant supervisors in areas of logistics, inventory, transportation, production planning, costing, forecasting, safety, routing, scheduling.  Requires 7-10+ years relevant background with a heavy equipment/industrial manufacturer, and experience working in a Six Sigma Lean environment.  BS/BA.

Continuous Improvement Manager (Industrial – Automotive), Dayton, OH.  Regional relocation.  Salary:  $100K + 10% bonus.  Train and implement Six Sigma/Lean methods at a unionized plant.  Support Green & Black Belts, improve quality systems, conduct project planning & program management, analyze data, attend Kaizen events, write weekly reports and make recommendations.  Travel as needed.  Requires 7-8+ years closely related Continuous Improvement experience with a Tier 1 automotive supplier.  BS/BA.

Value Stream Manager (Industrial – Metals), Rockford, IL.  Salary:  $130K to $150K.  Assume P&L for a business segment from overseeing raw materials to product completion, managing supervisors and 100 total employees.  Oversee engineers involved in manufacturing, component parts, production, quality engineering, waste reduction, training, safety, maintenance.  Will function as an somewhat of an Assistant Plant Manager, so experience with Plant Management responsibilities is valued. Should come from a high volume metal manufacturer in a Lean environment.  Will consider an applicable engineering degree, with strong preference for BSME.

VP of Manufacturing Technology (Industrial – Metals), Rockford, IL  Salary:  $150K to $180K + 25% bonus.  Assume P&L responsibility and manage all manufacturing & engineering processes.  Includes budget/training and oversight of engineers working in production, waste reduction, quality engineering, maintenance, EHS, continuous improvement, component parts.  Requires 12-15+ relevant background in a Lean, Six Sigma metals environment. BSME/MBA.

Distribution/Operations Manager (Consumer Goods – Manufacturing), Chicago Area.  Salary:  $100K to $120K + bonus.  Manage a large distribution center, overseeing employees involved in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, budget, inventory, S&R, negotiations, maintenance, quality, continuous improvement.  Requires 10+ years closely related experience with 2-5+ years background running a distribution center.  Will consider consumer and/or industrial experience.  BS/BA.

Design Engineering Manager (Industrial – Equipment & Supply), Cleveland.  Salary:  $100K to $110K.  Execute both large and small projects managing CAD designers and draft specialists.  Work with electro-mechanical components and will be involved in new product development, scheduling, process improvements, compliance, cost estimates/specifications/drawings, purchase orders, interacting with the test lab.  Requires 5-7+ years closely related engineering background in a heavy equipment setting.  Aerospace exposure desirable, but not necessary.  Will consider other engineering degrees, but prefer BSME.

Senior Tooling Engineers (Healthcare – Medical Device), Boston or Portland (OR).  Salary:  $100K to $120K.  Implement tooling strategy in support of medical device scientific lab products.  Work on multi-plant injection molding projects interacting with tooling vendors and process engineers and perform cost reduction, quality improvement, debugging & valuation of new tooling.  30-40% travel including global.  Requires 7-12+ years allied background, including good knowledge of CAD (preferably SolidWorks). BS Engineering.

Corporate Quality Manager (Consumer Goods), Denver.  Salary:  $120K to $130K plus 10-10% bonus.  Oversee plant quality managers involved in safety, sanitation, vendor selection, audits, testing, cost, continuous improvement, training, customer and contractor interaction.  25% travel to plants.  Requires solid SQF/ISO exposure and 10+  years plant and quality management background in the food industry.  Spanish fluency a plus but not required.  BS Engineering preferred.

Director of Operations (Industrial – Construction), Kalamazoo, MI. Salary:  $100K to $115K. Assume responsibility for growth of an architectural firm.  Will manage a large office to include project management, finance (budget/collections/billing/cost) design, workflow, staffing, contract drawings, proposals, equipment procurement, training.  Requires 10+ years relevant background preferably with knowledge of Auto Cad, Revit and/or LEED.  Must be a registered Architect in Michigan, ideally with exposure to the federal market, but not required.  BS/MS Architecture.
