Production Superintendent (Industrial - Automotive), Tuscaloosa, AL.  Salary:  $75K to $85K + bonus.  Assume off-shift duties for a tier 1 automotive company, managing subordinates through sub-assembly & final assembly operations.  Oversee quality, scheduling, safety, setting up machines & equipment, recommending changes to improve production methods.  Requires 4-8 years relevant experience in a tier 1 automotive environment.  Manufacturing management and/or General Forman titles also may qualify.  Prefer BS, but a 2-year AS/AA acceptable.

Manufacturing Engineer (Industrial – Automotive), Tuscaloosa, AL.  Salary:  $60K to $80K + bonus.  Join fellow engineers in a tier 1 automotive plant, responsible for secondary equipment, to include clipping, sonic welding, wrapping, etc. for plastic parts.  Analyze assembly methods and equipment, working with PLCs & robots.
