Non Profit Audit Manager (Services – Financial Services), Philadelphia.  No relocation.  Salary:  $100K to $125K.  Engage with clients performing audits, train & develop staff, prepare financial statements, risk assessment, write reports.  Would like 5-9+ years experience working with non-profit clients for a public accounting firm.  Must also be knowledgeable of A-133 compliance. Corporate Controller (Industrial – Manufactured Diversified), Atlanta.  No relocation.  Salary:  $165K to $175K + bonus.  With reports, assume responsibility for division controllers and all corporate accounting matters for a global manufacturer with multiple units.  Includes oversight of tax, treasury, financial analysis & reporting, budget, cost compliance, analytics, internal controls, audit.  20% international travel.  Requires 10+ years project cost accounting experience with a multi-site global manufacturer, 5-8+ years supervisory/management experience, strong knowledge in US GAAP, a background managing controls in an international reporting environment, and solid exposure to both external and internal audits.  CPA required.  BS/MBA.

Controller (Services – Financial Services), Newton, MA.  Salary:  $100K to $120K + sign-on bonus.  Duties are related to real estate property management, maintaining ledger of property under development.  Perform financial reporting, cost accounting, A/P, A/R, tax returns, vendor management, audit, compliance.  Requires 3-6+ years of construction accounting experience & a relevant housing real estate development background.  Any use of Yardi, MRI or other real estate specific software is valued.  Will also consider an Assistant Controller for the right candidate.  BS/BA. 

Business Controller (Industrial – Electronics), San Diego.  Salary:  $180K to $200K + 15% bonus + equity.  Assume accounting role for a division of a large global company.  Responsible for all cost & accounting activities, government compliance, statistical analysis, A/R, A/P, reporting, systems implementation.  Requires 7+ years relevant finance/accounting experience, with 3-5+ years manufacturing Plant Controllership experience, expertise in reporting and compliance, and strong cost accounting experience.  BS/MBA.

Tax Manager (Industrial – Manufacturing Diversified), South Bend, IN.  Salary:  $100K.  Implement tax projects, prepare quarterly reports, analyze transactions, deal with extensions and completion of tax returns, oversee audits and prepare multi-state and federal tax compliance.  Requires 5+ years equivalent background with a global manufacturer, Big 4 and/or regional public accounting firm.  BS/MS/MBA/CPA.

Value Stream Manager (Industrial – Metals), Rockford, IL.  Salary:  $130K to $150K.  Assume P&L for a business segment from overseeing raw materials to product completion, managing supervisors and 100 total employees.  Oversee engineers involved in manufacturing, component parts, production, quality engineering, waste reduction, training, safety, maintenance.  Will function as an somewhat of an Assistant Plant Manager, so experience with Plant Management responsibilities is valued. Should come from a high volume metal manufacturer in a Lean environment.  Will consider an applicable engineering degree, with strong preference for BSME.

VP of Manufacturing Technology (Industrial – Metals), Rockford, IL  Salary:  $150K to $180K + 25% bonus.  Assume P&L responsibility and manage all manufacturing & engineering processes.  Includes budget/training and oversight of engineers working in production, waste reduction, quality engineering, maintenance, EHS, continuous improvement, component parts.  Requires 12-15+ relevant background in a Lean, Six Sigma metals environment. BSME/MBA.

Distribution/Operations Manager (Consumer Goods – Manufacturing), Chicago Area.  Salary:  $100K to $120K + bonus.  Manage a large distribution center, overseeing employees involved in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, budget, inventory, S&R, negotiations, maintenance, quality, continuous improvement.  Requires 10+ years closely related experience with 2-5+ years background running a distribution center.  Will consider consumer and/or industrial experience.  BS/BA.

Design Engineering Manager (Industrial – Equipment & Supply), Cleveland.  Salary:  $100K to $110K.  Execute both large and small projects managing CAD designers and draft specialists.  Work with electro-mechanical components and will be involved in new product development, scheduling, process improvements, compliance, cost estimates/specifications/drawings, purchase orders, interacting with the test lab.  Requires 5-7+ years closely related engineering background in a heavy equipment setting.  Aerospace exposure desirable, but not necessary.  Will consider other engineering degrees, but prefer BSME.

Senior Quality Engineer (Industrial – Automotive), Charlotte.  Salary:  $100K to $120K.  Implement the quality management program, becoming the chief liaison with suppliers.  Involved with design & management of new equipment, debugging and setup, auto stamping, improving profits, setting up SPFC files, assist in updating CP’s, PFMEA’s & W/I’s, thermal forming.  Must have managed engineers and have 3+ years relevant background in the auto industry.  May consider a seasoned Quality Engineer without management experience at a lesser salary. BS/BA preferred.

Senior Tooling Engineers (Healthcare – Medical Device), Boston or Portland (OR).  Salary:  $100K to $120K.  Implement tooling strategy in support of medical device scientific lab products.  Work on multi-plant injection molding projects interacting with tooling vendors and process engineers and perform cost reduction, quality improvement, debugging & valuation of new tooling.  30-40% travel including global.  Requires 7-12+ years allied background, including good knowledge of CAD (preferably SolidWorks). BS Engineering.

Quality Manager (Industrial – Automotive), Owensboro, KY.  Salary:  $100K to $120K + bonus.  Support process and quality activities to include EHS compliance, data acquisition, writing reports, reading blue prints, lab testing, capability studies, plant trial runs, customer visits.  Travel as needed.  Must have Tier 1 OEM lean exposure in the automotive industry.  Ideally would like 5+ years as a quality engineer and 2-3 years as manager, but flexible.  May consider a senior quality engineer with 8-12 years appropriate background ready for a management role.  BS/MS Engineering.

Molding Process Engineer (Healthcare – Medical Device), Portland, ME. Salary:  $100K.  Provide medical plastics support for multi-plant injection molding projects.  Involved in debugging and validation processes for new tooling and employ knowledge of CAD, continuous improvement and also will have training responsibility.  30-40% travel including international.  Requires 5-7+ years equivalent experience in high volume scientific injection molding.  Yellow Belt or Green Belt desirable, along with RJG Master Molder training.  BS/MS Engineering or relevant.

Production Manager (Industrial – Metals), Rockford, IL.  Salary:  $100K to $120K plus $20K bonus. Manage all production activities for a high volume industrial manufacturer.  In charge of scheduling, cost, maintenance, continuous improvement, quality, stamping, welding, die cast, foundry, working in a lean environment.  Need 10-12+ years applicable experience in a shared or power metals operation.  Will consider Production Managers, Manufacturing Managers, Unit Managers or Value Stream Managers.  BS/BA.

Corporate Quality Manager (Consumer Goods), Denver.  Salary:  $120K to $130K plus 10-20% bonus.  Oversee plant quality managers involved in safety, sanitation, vendor selection, audits, testing, cost, continuous improvement, training, customer and contractor interaction.  25% travel to plants.  Requires solid SQF/ISO exposure and 10-20  years plant and quality management background in the food industry.  Spanish fluency a plus but not required.  BS Engineering preferred.

Production Manager – (Consumer Goods – Food), Minneapolis.  $100K to $110K + 15-25% bonus.   With reports, act as liaison between plant operations and R&D.  Manage staff in areas of training, quality, safety, regulatory issues, cost control, continuous improvement, HR.  Should be comfortable in a lean, cGMP environment with 5-10+ years closely related background in the food industry.  BS Engineering preferred.

Plant Manager (Consumer Goods – Misc.), Evansville, IN.  Salary:  $105K to $120K.  Manage a mid-size non-union plant with reports and have oversight of engineering, quality, production, maintenance, materials, cost control.  Requires 4+ years current or recent plant management in industries such as building materials, plastics, wood, paint, etc., in a Lean environment.  BS/BA.

Senior Civil Engineer (Industrial – Construction), Des Moines, IA.  Salary:  $100K to $125K.  Assigned to client management of large accounts, involving duties to include engineering concepts, scheduling, design, calculations, permits, budget, billings, regulatory compliance, inspections, project management.  Requires 10+ years closely related experience with solid waste and/or a relevant environmental background.  BS/MS Engineering.

Plant Manager (Industrial – Automotive), Evansville, IN.  Salary:  $120K to $160K + 25% bonus.  Assume P&L for a Tier 1/OEM unionized facility.  Working in a Lean environment, will manage direct reports in areas including quality, operations, production, EHS, engineering, materials, and assisting in product launch.  Seeking a skilled manager with 12-20 years applicable experience in the automotive industry, ideally with automotive interiors exposure.  BS/MBA.

Quality Assurance Manager (Healthcare – Biotech & Pharma), Charlotte. Salary:  $100K to $120K.  Oversee and implement cGMP quality management systems, FDA compliance, waste reduction, budget, maintain standards, audits, management deviation programs, investigating complaints, supplier issues and CAPPA.  Need 6-10+ years closely related background in the pharmaceutical industry.  BS Engineering.

Field Service Engineers (Industrial – Electronics), Can base in Chicago, Denver, San Francisco, Los Angeles or Phoenix.  No relocation.  Salary:  $90K to $115K.  Will be promoting IoT and Smart City designs for network architecture.  Perform technical support, equipment and systems upgrades & installations, POC’s, training, repair, debugging, testing.  60 % travel.  Should have 2-7+ years similar background with knowledge of RF signals (NB-Iot, LoRa), cellular telephony, LED lighting, mobile networks.   BSCS.

Reliability Engineer (Industrial – Chemicals), Decatur, AL.  Salary:  $100K to $135K + 10% bonus.  Lead low voltage infrastructure modernization, PM/PSM optimization.  Support operations and capital projects which involves performing design, Root Cause Analysis, regulatory requirements, installation & repair of instruments and electrical equipment, coding.  Would like Green or BB and CMRP with 5-7+ years relevant background.  Familiarity with AMS, SCADA, FDFA and FMEA helpful.  BSEE.

Director of Operations (Industrial – Construction), Kalamazoo, MI. Salary:  $100K to $115K. Assume responsibility for growth of an architectural firm.  Will manage a large office to include project management, finance (budget/collections/billing/cost) design, workflow, staffing, contract drawings, proposals, equipment procurement, training.  Requires 10+ years relevant background preferably with knowledge of Auto Cad, Revit and/or LEED.  Must be a registered Architect in Michigan, ideally with exposure to the federal market, but not required.  BS/MS Architecture.

Construction Managers (Industrial – Construction), Salt Lake City, UT, Battle Creek, MI, San Diego, CA & Atlanta, GA.  Salary:  $100K to $115K + 10-20% bonus.  Join a team of engineering and architectural members, traveling to commercial sites focusing on the food and beverage industry.  Project management duties dealing with suppliers, sub-contractors, safety & startup issues, inspections, budget, cost control, bids, equipment installation, training, scheduling.  Travel as needed.  Need 5-20+ years closely related construction background, preferably having worked on food and/or beverage projects.  Autocad knowledge a plus.  BS/BA.

Director Project Management Office (Industrial – Construction), Vancouver, BC.  Salary:  $160K to $180K Canadian.  Assume responsibility for a large electrical contractor.  Will a large staff, manage planning and execution of multiple ongoing projects involving scheduling, training, safety, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, bids, estimates, budget, cost control, building permits.  Seeking a seasoned PMO director with 15 – 20 years equivalent background with an electrical, general or mechanical contracting firm.  PMP certification helpful.  Will relocate Canadian and US citizens.  Prefer engineering or technical degree, but will look at BS/BA.

Safety Managers (Industrial – Construction), Atlanta, GA, Salt Lake City, UT, Battle Creek, MI or San Diego, CA.  Salary:  $100K + 15% bonus.  Develop and manage health & safety programs for company projects.  Involved with hiring, training, inspections, root cause analysis, accidents, OSHA  regulations, scheduling.  Travel as needed, including an occasional trip to Europe and Central America.  Need 5-15+ years similar background.  BS/BA.

Construction Cost Estimator (Industrial – Construction), Destin, FL.  Salary:  $100K to $120K.  Will manage government and military projects for multiple locations and areas of construction for worldwide clients.  Oversee economic and risk analysis, facility programming, value engineering, cost reviews and validations.  Need 5-7+ years relevant background, ideally with exposure to DoD, Military, Construction Civil Works and DoE.  A certification and experience using cost engineering applications such as PACES, Success, MCACES a plus.  BS/BA.

COO (Healthcare - Biotech & Pharma), Houston.  Salary:  $350K to $400K + bonus + equity.  Reporting to the CEO, take responsibility for designing and implementing clinical trials, operations, cell manufacturing initiatives, expanding opportunities for regenerative medicine, dealing with regulatory agencies and interacting with top company executives.  Requires 12-20+ years closely related management in the medical device industry, significant experience in regenerative medicine, cell manufacturing and clinical knowledge related to therapeutics.  Stem cell knowledge a plus.  BS/MBA.

Software Project Manager (Healthcare – Medical Device), Elmwood Park, NJ.  Salary:  $115K to $135K + 10% bonus.  Manage a new product development team for a global medical device firm.  Involves coordination with R&D, manufacturing, marketing, chemical groups, employing documentation to ensure quality, field & regulatory issues, interacting with external customers.  Should have been a software engineer previously and have 5-12+ years relevant experience in medical devices, pharma, instrumentation and/or related medical products.  PMP certification preferred.  BS/BA.

Kronos Developer (Industrial – Chemicals), St Louis, MO.  Salary:  $120K to $140K + 20% bonus.  Will have involvement in support of Kronos time management systems, applications development. modules configuration, implementation, systems & security administration, upgrades and training for a global chemical manufacturer.  20% domestic and international travel.  Requires 8-12+ years related experience with knowledge of Kronos Application User with a preference for exposure to SQL.  Will consider high school grad or GED with lengthy appropriate experience, but prefer BS/BA.

IT Security Manager (Consumer Goods – Misc.), Greensboro, NC.  Salary:  $100K++, depending on experience.  Design and implement IT security policies, programs and architecture throughout the company.  Hands-on management duties dealing with encryption/detection/prevention systems, governance, risk management, networks, disaster recovery tests, infrastructure, firewalls, web analytics, programming, business applications and services.  Requires 6-8+ years relevant IT & IT management experience.  BSCS or Associates.
